The Role: Accounts Payable Specialist

The Client: Boutique Real Estate Investment Manager

The Location: London City Centre (5 days in office)

The Role:

• Process all specified department supplier invoices in accordance with company policies
• Reconcile all relevant accounts payable
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, proactively following up on overdue invoices
• Processing all specified finance department fee invoices
• Monitor & manage outstanding fee accounts
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and cashflow forecasting
• Getting involved in several projects, assisting & developing for new department processes

Prior Experience:

• 5-7+ years experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience running the AP function from start to finish in prior roles (ideally for a smaller firm)
• Experience with Funds AP
• Prior experience within Investment Management or Real Estate Funds
• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word etc)
• Strong communication skills and attention detail.
