About this Nursery
This independent nursery is a teacher-led nursery where staff are professional and highly motivated individuals who strive to provide the best possible outcomes for all children in the setting. The nursery provides high-quality nursery education, Monday to Friday during term time from 9am to 3pm, with extended provision between the hours of 8.30am–4pm with a variety of clubs. This is a small school for local families who care about the whole family, not just the children. It is the intention of the nursery to provide an enriched, well-rounded and stimulating learning environment where children and adults have mutual respect for each other, so children are able to develop.
Your new role
As the Room Leader, you will be confident in leading this class and staff to ensure that all children are given the best possible start to their education. There are 3 staff for 10 children ie 2 Room Leaders/Key Workers and 1 support staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have experience as a Room Leader, preferably in a private nursery setting.
- You must be confident in dealing with parents.
- You must have at least a Level 3 nursery qualification.
What you'll get in return
A very happy nursery setting where all staff get on well and are supported by an excellent Headteacher. A salary of between £28000-£32000 per annum for 33 weeks worked a year. Working hours are 8am to 4.45pm.
