What You\’ll Be Doing as the Hotel Finance Assistant: Supporting the General Manager with daily accounting operations Handling accounts payable and receivable Assisting with bank reconciliations, revenue audits, and month-end processes Preparing financial reports and supporting the budgeting process Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies Liaising with department heads and providing financial insight What We\’re Looking For in a Hotel Finance Assistant: Previous finance experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g. Sage, Opera, or similar PMS/finance systems) A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a close-knit team What We Offer the Hotel Finance Assistant : Competitive salary of £38,000 – £40,000 (pro rata for part-time) Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends!
