We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision engineering team. This role involves operating and maintaining 4-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls, producing high-precision components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up 4-axis CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data.
• Input and adjust Fanuc programs as needed.
• Conduct in-process inspection using micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, ideally 4-axis.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of machining principles and tolerances.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
