Position Overview

As the Assistant Farm Manager, you will be involved in the planning and execution of all crop operations, working closely with the Farm Manager to ensure the smooth running of the farm and the delivery of sustainable, high-quality produce.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute crop operations
• Direct and organise team members to deliver plans
• Manage cultivations and fertiliser applications
• Contribute to planning for the following season
• Deputise for Farm Manager during absences

Requirements

• Proven hands-on farming and people management experience
• Experience in growing fresh produce
• Strong numeracy skills
• Self-starting attitude and willingness to question the status quo
• Team player with flexibility and a hands-on approach
