Program Structure
- On-the-Job Training (OJT):
Induction (0-3 months): Learn about our operations, protection insurance products, and regulatory requirements (FCA, GDPR). Work closely with a mentor to shadow real client interactions and practice with simulations.
Development Phase (4-12 months): Engage directly with clients, build your portfolio, and handle more complex queries related to life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
Advanced Phase (13-24 months): Manage client portfolios independently, offering tailored insurance solutions and collaborating with senior advisers on high-net-worth and complex cases. * Academic Pursuit:
Year 1 (6-12 months): Focus on completing the core qualifications essential for protection insurance advisers. Candidates will achieve the R01 (Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics) and R05 (Financial Protection) qualifications through full financial support for courses, study materials, and exams.
Years 2 and 3 (12-36 months): For more ambitious and talented candidates, progress toward achieving the full Certificate in Insurance and potentially the Diploma in Insurance. These advanced qualifications cover a broader range of insurance products, governance, and law, with structured support and financial backing.
