What You\’ll Be Doing: * Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity to close – for BMS project work. * Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. * Collaborate closely with the operations and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers. * Solve customer challenges with tailored technical solutions and a consultative approach. * Be the face of the business across the Midlands – representing quality, innovation, and reliability. What We’re Looking For: * Strong experience in BMS project sales. * Excellent relationship builder with a commercial mindset. * Familiar with systems like Trend, Siemens, Tridium, or Schneider Electric. * Confident managing client expectations, handling technical discussions, and closing deals. * Someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-focused environment
