NPI Engineer

This is a permanent opportunity with a clear path for progression into Senior and Principal roles. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that values innovation and proactive problem-solving. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, you’ll be based onsite, with occasional travel to support suppliers and manufacturers. You’ll be part of an engineering-led company developing high-quality electro-mechanical products, working across the full product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with teams in design, procurement, quality, service, and manufacturing to make sure new products move smoothly from development to full-scale production. In terms of experience, we’re looking for the following: Experience in NPI, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering for electro-mechanical products Confidence working with contract manufacturers and managing prototype builds Understanding of PCBA, SMT processes, and mechanical assembly A background in DFMA and preparing products for high-volume production Someone who\’s detail-focused and hands-on, with a proactive mindset Comfortable with root cause analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional teamwork Bonus points if you’ve also worked with: Oracle Agile or another PLM system Injection moulding or casting processes Six Sigma or SPC methodologies Sounds good, how do I apply?
