Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans for adults with mental health challenges. Leading and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality and person-centered psychiatric care. Overseeing and guiding therapeutic interventions, including medication management, crisis interventions, and psychotherapeutic approaches. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of individuals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Contributing to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals.
