They’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Buy-to-Let Mortgage Broker who’s ready to step up, take full ownership of their BTL division, and play a central role in its strategic growth. You’ll start by personally brokering complex and portfolio BTL deals—managing all inbound BTL business—before transitioning into a pure management position as the team expands. The business is growing rapidly, and they’re now looking to bring in a driven, knowledgeable BTL expert to develop a key area of the company.The Specialist Buy to Let Mortgage Broker RoleYou’ll initially take on all Buy-to-Let enquiries—particularly portfolio and complex cases—and act as the in-house BTL expert. You’ll structure deals, advise clients, and manage the entire mortgage process from enquiry to completion.As the BTL business continues to scale, you’ll transition into a strategic, management-focused position—hiring and mentoring junior brokers, shaping department processes, and steering the growth of the division.This is the ideal role for someone with ambition, vision, and a desire to move from day-to-day broking into leadership.Specialist Buy to Let Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all Buy-to-Let mortgage leads—primarily portfolio and specialist cases
• Structure complex deals involving limited companies, HMOs, SPVs, and more
• Serve as the go-to expert on all things Buy-to-Let within the business
• Help shape and build the BTL department from the ground up
• Once team members are hired, transition into a management role—training, mentoring, and leading the team
• Develop and execute the strategy for continued departmental growth
