Lead Test Analyst

Reed Technology is working with an amazing company located in Edinburgh, seeking a Lead Test Analyst to join their team on an 8-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team and the UAT process for a Dynamics 365 implementation project, ensuring all aspects of testing are covered.
• Collaborate with project teams to define test plans and scripts based on business requirements.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or issues encountered during testing.
• Provide guidance and support to testing team members, ensuring testing procedures are followed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders about testing progress and outcomes.
• Ensure that all testing documentation is complete and maintained to a high standard.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Test Analyst or similar role, specifically with Dynamics 365 projects.
• Experience guiding and supporting a team of testers.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure as it relates to deployment and environment management.
• Experience in leading UAT activities and managing testing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
