This role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities

• ?? Conduct Single AssessmentsIdentify needs and risks, develop effective care plans, and ensure timely interventions.
• ?? Support Children and FamiliesOffer guidance and interventions, including for families involved in Care Proceedings.
• ?? Collaborate with Multi-Agency PartnersWork alongside professionals from education, health, and other sectors for holistic support.
• ?? Manage Duty TasksParticipate in duty rota, attend court hearings, and prepare high-quality reports.
• �? Build Positive RelationshipsFoster trust and effective communication with children, families, and professional networks.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
• Experience in children’s social care and assessment work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Sound understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding principles
