IT Engineer - MSP

My client is a succesful Managed Serviced Provider based in the North West, Wigan / Bolton area.. looking to further strengthen their infrastructure team. As a experienced 3rd Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and advancing our clients' technology infrastructure.

You're responsibilities would include

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• DNS & Email Security
• Network Management
• Hands-On Work
• Microsoft 365 Migrations
• Active Directory & GPO

Ideally, you will have

• Minimum of 3 years in a 3rd Line Support or similar position, ideally in an MSP environment.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Proficiency in DNS management and configuring DMARC, DKIM, and SPF for email security.
• Solid understanding of networking, including firewalls and VLANs.
• Ability to use basic power tools for basic infrastructure installations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations from Google Workspace and GoDaddy.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
