Role: IT Cyber and Technical Lead

Location: Stoke

Salary: £40,000

Contract: Permanent

Castlefield Recruitment are currently looking for an IT Cyber and Technical Lead for an expanding organisation in Staffordshire. The position can be remote with occasional trips to the office each month.

The Role:

• Manage the technical infrastructure so IT systems are available, performing and provide correct levels of security
• Support the organisation in the delivery of their IT strategy
• Support the organisation in the delivery of their Cyber Security plan
• Lead on IT service delivery within your specific infrastructure areas
• Help improve and implement the security plan
• Build effective relationships with technical and security services suppliers
• Install security tools to protect information
• Identify enhancements
• Support with IT security auditing
• Familiarity with ITIL processes

The Person:

• Infrastructure background
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience troubleshooting IT issues up to 3rd line
• ITIL Framework experience
