We are actively seeking a Support Worker with experience managing a caseload of young people, to join our client in Leeds on a long term temporayr contract.
To be considered for this role you must be able to drive and have a DBS on the update service.
Some of key duties will include;
- Supporting Young People in Accommodation and Visiting Support to Young People in the community
- Carry a caseload of up to 20 young people
- Complete Risk Assessments / Support Plans and Property Visits to young people in the local area.
- Health and Safety / Property Management – Report Repairs and issues with the property
