With approximately £3 billion in assets under management across Europe and North America, the firm is known for its agile, non-institutional approach and its focus on acquiring asset-backed operating businesses. The team operates across a wide range of sectors, delivering strong risk-adjusted returns through creative structuring and hands-on asset management.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers a rare opportunity to be involved in the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to execution and portfolio management. As part of a lean and high-performing team, you will:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and financial modelling of new investment opportunities, with a focus on operational real estate.
- Lead and support various due diligence workstreams, including commercial, technical, legal, tax, and financial.
- Identify key risks and value drivers in potential transactions.
- Prepare and review detailed financial models and investment committee materials.
- Assist in structuring and raising both debt and equity for new acquisitions and existing portfolio companies.
- Support the ongoing management and performance tracking of portfolio assets.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including management teams, lenders, and advisors.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, particularly in operational asset classes.
- Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models from scratch.
- Excellent academic credentials and a track record of high performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
