Operations Assistant – £45k – £55k Remote An immensely successful media and event company are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant to join their team. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business. You’ll work closely with the CMD, supporting operational tasks and administrative duties that are vital to the organization’s success. This role will allow the MD to focus on high-level strategic planning and client relationships, while you manage the essential day-to-day functions that keep everything on track. Your role will include optimizing operational processes, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with project management by tracking progress and deadlines. You’ll be a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, while also supporting financial tasks like budgeting and invoicing. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with teams to coordinate meetings, enhance communication, and solve operational challenges.
