Change Manager OUTSIDE IR35

6 months initial contract with the view to extend Remote UK (potential onsite visits) Outside IR35 We are seeking a contract Change Manager to support a high impact Go to Market transformation program focused on improving sales processes, tooling, and operating models. The Change Manager will work closely with program leadership and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop communication and engagement strategies, and ensure smooth adoption across commercial teams. Experience with global organisations within Saas B2B and or tech enterpise would be a preference. Skills & Experience ** Strong experience in change management roles, ideally within commercial or Go to Market transformations. ** Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, cross functional environments. ** Experience working alongside sales, marketing, or customer facing teams. ** Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR. ** Strong writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. ** Excellent Stakeholder management Good to have: ** Experience within Sales operations change programmes ** Hands on experience Oracle and Salesforce ** Examples of improving or enhancing sales data and optimisation Please apply or call Craig at Cathcart Technology for more information
