You will work with a Children & Families team based near Edinburgh, where the complex caseloads are shared fairly across the team, and you are backed by constant support from management and your fellow colleagues.

Overview

This statutory role requires a social work qualification and registration with Scottish Social Services. You will be part of a Children & Families team with a focus on collaborative caseload handling and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a Children & Families team near Edinburgh with complex caseloads shared fairly across the team
  • Receive monthly supervision and participate in training development programs every 2 months
  • Operate with ongoing support from management and colleagues to maintain case quality and timeliness
