This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 law firm in Manchester, offering specialist family law advice to clients from all backgrounds, including many high-net-worth individuals.

Due to continued growth & expansion, they are seeking a technically strong & experienced Family Lawyer to assist the Divorce & Ancillary Relief team with a pre-existing caseload of high-quality work. There is a steady flow of high-quality, pre-existing Divorce & Ancillary Relief work within the department. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded Family Law matters, including Divorce, Separation, Ancillary Relief, Businesses/Pension in Divorce, Pre & Post Nuptial agreements, Cohabitation agreements & more.

The Candidate

  • Family Associate / Senior Associate with 2-5 years of post qualification experience
  • Experience dealing with HNW individuals or complex finances
  • Experience dealing with divorce and ancillary relief is essential
  • Be able to manage a varied caseload from inception to completion
  • Possess strong commercial awareness & leadership skills
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines & under pressure
