Child Support Worker (Nights) - Full Time

Job Title: Support Worker (Children’s Residential Service) Location: Hours: Average 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent Care Perspectives is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a Support Worker, you will : · Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations. · Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard. · Ensuring positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguarding them. · This is a great opportunity to continue your career in care, working as part of a dedicated team committed to help make a difference.
