Spencer – Richardson are proud to represent our client in finding their new Transport Administrator in a market leading construction and plant hire firm.

We are looking for skilled and ambitious people to join the team, it's an exciting time to get on board as new sites open and increases capabilities.
Key Responsibilities –
- Responsible for a fleet of over 300 and growing, ensure that all driver documentation is loaded to the system and up to date.
- Record any PCNs and fines.
- Keep accurate logs of fuel and mileage usage.
- Raise purchase orders for any vehicle maintenance works.
- Work collaboratively with the Compliance Manager & Tracker company – ensure that all cameras and kit is working effectively.
- Regularly audit vehicle excise duty.
- Produce telematics reports.
- Run monthly data reports on Dart Charge and Lorry London Zone.
To Be Successful –
- Genuine team player who can use their own initiative.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle legislation.
- Highly organised and able to remain accurate when working at high volume.
- Thrives under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience in a similar sector.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Syrinx and other digital platforms).
Whilst construction or asset rental sector experience is desirable – we are also open to any strong administrators with a stable work history who are looking to take the next step in their career
