An excellent GP surgery in Gosport, Hampshire, who form a big part of a successful PCN, are looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their phenomenal, diverse and multi-disciplinary team on a minimum 3-month contract for 2 days per week, maybe more.
A purpose-built surgery, who have had a solid team for many years, are looking to recruit a Practice Nurse who will have experience in GP Surgeries, to work either full or part time starting from ASAP.
You will need to have all general practice nursing duties as well and ideally specialise within diabetes and initiate insulin. You will also be responsible for a number of clinical areas such as health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the management team.
They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points and use Emis Web.
