We’re hiring a Lead Networking Engineer for a 12-month contract with a global organisation based in London. This role is central to a major transformation programme, focusing on modernising the company’s networking infrastructure and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the existing LAN/WAN infrastructure as well as working on projects to maintain our LAN/WAN and Office Moves and Changes.
- Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure using Cisco Campus Networking 9300 series and Cisco Nexus switches.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Prisma Access firewall policies to ensure secure access to critical applications and data.
- Implement and manage VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions to optimise network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across multiple locations.
Experience:
- Relevant Azure and Cisco qualifications.
- Palo, VMWare Velo, Fortigate certification preferred.
- 5 years plus experience.
- HLD / LLD Documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge in the Microsoft Azure cloud stack.
- Knowledge and experience of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Azure.
