A growing investment firm is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Operations Analyst to support the senior team across compliance, governance, and business operations. Think Consumer Duty, MI reporting, process improvements, and even exploring AI for efficiency.

You will:

• Work directly with senior leadership to enhance governance & compliance
• Lead on Consumer Duty processes, policy, and reporting
• Own marketing reviews, record keeping & external due diligence

You’ll do:

• Collaborate across teams – investments, marketing, risk, client service
• Drive better operational and regulatory outcomes
• Keep documentation watertight and reporting smooth

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a compliance/governance ops role (FS sector)
• Solid understanding of Consumer Duty
• An organised mindset and a curious, analytical approach
