We are looking for a Corporate Development Director for a leading investment banking and M&A advisory firm. Please only apply if you have prior experience in Corporate Development/M&A/Investment Banking and you are located or you are ok to relocate to the London area.
Experience working in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking or equivalent experience is a must. Strong financial acumen, including advanced analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comps). Must be fluent in English. Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.
