As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will develop, own, and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns focused on driving B2B customer acquisition, retention, crucial category cross-sell, and repeat business. You'll utilise both online and some offline channels, manage the B2B marketing budget, and relentlessly focus on maximising revenue growth and ROI. A key, exciting part of this role involves leading the marketing launch and ongoing growth of the new B2B ecommerce platform.
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Own the marketing launch plan and ongoing growth strategy for the new B2B website.
- Act as the primary B2B marketing lead, briefing and coordinating effectively with internal teams.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, generate qualified leads, and develop impactful sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies etc.).
- Develop and execute a sustainable B2B customer acquisition plan, reducing long-term reliance on paid advertising.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget effectively, tracking spend and reporting on ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and market data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive measurable results, ideally within an ecommerce or direct-to-business product environment. Demonstrable experience managing multi-channel campaigns (including digital: SEO, PPC, Email, Content, Social; Strong knowledge of the B2B marketing toolkit, both online and offline. Excellent analytical skills – you can interpret web, CRM, and sales data to find actionable insights and measure ROI. Commercially astute with the ability to translate business objectives into creative, effective marketing strategies. Experience in launching new brands, products, or websites is highly advantageous. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams (Sales, Content, Ecommerce, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience working closely with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials is highly desirable.
