Experienced Residential Conveyancer

Location: Remote

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

A Remote Based Residential Conveyancer is required to join small, friendly, growing team. The firm are a well establish, highly reputable family-owned firm who pride themselves on outstanding service and are a people-orientated business, differentiating ourselves through our expertise and our human touch.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload in the provision of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing to your own clients. Supported with your own dedicated, highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant, and a shared Legal Support team (Client Onboarding), Post Exchange and Post Completion teams. They utilise a customised Visual Files Case Management system to automate many of the monotonous and routine tasks.

What we\’re looking for

• Minimum experience in residential conveyancing and managing own caseload required is 3 years (ideally 5 years+), with ability to manage both Freehold and Leasehold cases
• Good character and wholesome value set
• Demonstrable evidence of excellent client service
• Experience with Case Management systems preferred
