The Director Corporate Sales, EMEA will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Director, EMEA. The primary mission of the Director Corporate Sales role is to manage a portfolio of high value multinational / global corporate accounts within designated markets. Secondly, to support the designated markets with decisions on pricing, sales strategy and policies. Thirdly, to achieve revenue and RPD targets with new and existing business, supporting new bids, aiming to consolidate what customer spends in Europe into a single contract. Exploring and leveraging growth opportunities in extended markets through existing business relationships and managing the profitability of the accounts in the assigned portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Introduce Hertz’s new Product/Solution/Concept into corporate account arenas.
- Represent Sales in internal project relating to the Corporate Sales Area.
- Provide strategic and directional support to sales force in markets to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify process improvements and product enhancements for customers / Hertz’ benefit (car sharing, Self-booking tools, billing, credit card, etc).
- Answer to customer’s tenders.
- Account Management of your portfolio.
- Interface with Hertz Global and Hertz US Sales team to deploy Hertz global footprint within the B-to-B customer community.
- Sign off on pricing levels on accounts valued over $300k spend in countries of responsibility.
- Work with intermediaries (Travel Agencies, Credit card solutions, Self-Booking Tools).
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior sales environment.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record in relationship building skills.
- Proven track record in Account Management and Business Development.
- Preferable experience of cross border teams, operating in different locations.
- Experience in negotiation/account management in a complex multi country commoditize business environment.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
