Job Advert: Immediate Start – Temp to Perm Service Co-ordinator
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £12.00 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Co-ordinator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis in Biggleswade. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage service operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
• Communicating with customers to manage bookings and provide updates.
• Liaising with engineers and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handling documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting general office administration as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving licence due to poor public transport links.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
