Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team based in Norfolk. This position involves supporting high-security civils projects, requiring occasional travel to assist other sites as necessary.

- Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
- Offer guidance and support to management and teams on SHEQ issues, including creating and implementing site-specific policies.
- Manage permitting and inspections, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
- Monitor and report on key SHEQ performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
