They provide vital support for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, helping them thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Role Overview As a Temporary Support Worker, you will: * Work directly with adults to support their educational and developmental activities. * Promote independence, build relationships, and encourage positive behaviour. * Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. * Adapt to the needs of individuals, offering person-centred care and encouragement. What We’re Looking For * Compassionate Individuals: Empathetic and patient with a genuine passion for supporting others. * Reliable Team Players: Able to collaborate effectively with staff and contribute to a positive atmosphere. * Experience Preferred: Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential.
