We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence who are specialists in strategic, HR, financial and procurement consulting. Their HRIS team are growing and we are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join them and support the teams Specialists with work on various modules.
In this role you will work as part of the team to configure, maintain and enhance the clients HRIS system β SAP SuccessFactors. You will focus on level 1 support activities which includes user access and password management, troubleshooting system errors, managing the team inbox and answering or escalating queries and supporting with system enhancements. As part of the role you will create and maintain training materials and user guides as well as delivering training to clients in both a one to one and group setting.
This is an exciting time for someone with some experience and a keen interest in HRIS to join a growing team where you can learn from certified SuccessFactors specialists and develop your skill set.
The Successful candidate will haveβ¦
- Previous experience in a similar role involving HRIS systems
- Experienced and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors with exposure to different modules such as EC, LMS and Performance & Goals
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Visio and MS Excel
