About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and mercurial Head of Growth and Marketing to shape and drive LKN’s marketing strategy, relentlessly driving sustained growth for our exciting and compelling restaurant brands for our partners. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, data-driven decision-making, strong stakeholder management skills and marketing initiatives that drive massive buzz. They would also have an innate passion and curiosity for food and the hospitality landscape. Working with some of the largest brand partners and operators in the UK, you will lead our dynamic marketing team to disrupt the UK food scene and make our brands famous. We want someone who sees things that others don’t see, who doesn’t accept the status quo and who is restless in finding creative solutions to constantly improve the offer.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
- Drive promotional and performance marketing strategies that achieve measurable sales and revenue growth and strong ROI.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth for our partners, both across delivery and in-house.
- Plan and implement impactful marketing activations, events, and sampling opportunities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Lead the creation of promotional strategies that align with seasonal trends and commercial goals.
- Drive creative development and execution of consumer-facing brand marketing and PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and brand love.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including paid ads, SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and social media.
- Partner with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
- Plan, manage and execute activations & sampling campaigns, liaising closely between the client, development team and operations to ensure we achieve our clients’ targets whilst driving growth and buzz for our partners.
- Ensure all artwork and marketing materials are of the highest quality, aligned with brand guidelines, and resonate with the target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery aggregators, brand partners, creative agencies and activation prospects/partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for all marketing-related communications.
- Devising a strategy across key areas such as the website, SEO and LinkedIn to drive inbound leads for LKN including operators and activation/sampling partners.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry with food delivery aggregator experience.
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, or ambassador-led campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the creative development process and a keen eye for design excellence.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects and multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
- Considerable experience working with multiple agencies and freelance partners at one time, including briefings, seasonal planning, performance tracking and reporting.
