Permanent – Part Time hours covering days and nights. We are a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, we have been supporting older people for over 100 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty. With a person-focused approach to care, Perrins House is a picturesque home situated in beautiful grounds in Malvern. Specialising in care for people with dementia, as well as residential and nursing care, we have a dedicated, well-trained and compassionate team of staff that care for our residents. Joining us as a Registered Nurse , you will… Ensure residents are at the heart of our care delivery, and ensure that their physical, social and wellbeing needs are being met. Follow statutory and professional requirements to achieve high standards in nursing are and service delivery. Administer medication in line with our polices. Facilitate a resident’s choice, dignity, and respect. Keep our residents safe and secure. A Registered General Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will have proven experience caring for older people, complying with care and other regulatory frameworks and will be comfortable supervising staff. We would particularly like to hear from those with a RMN qualification and previous experience working in residential care for older people. Above all, we would like our Registered Nurse to be empathetic, respectful and a champion of the Charity’s vision, to ensure our residents can lead fulfilled lives.
