About the Role:
Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving positive change? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to manage a well-established nursing home in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic and growing care provider that offers real autonomy and support for its leadership teams.
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the home and staff team
- Maintain excellent standards of nursing and residential care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and other regulatory bodies

- Drive quality improvement and maintain a positive reputation in the local community
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Deliver on KPIs including occupancy, quality ratings, and staff retention
- Lead any necessary turnaround and change management initiatives, where applicable
Requirements:
- Valid and clear NMC Pin with a recognised Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Clear Enhanced DBS check
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a proven track record of good or outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Turnaround experience highly desirable but not essential
