About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm. You’ll oversee business processes, compliance, and administration, supporting the Partner in delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

? Overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance? Managing client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory adherence? CRM Management – Salesforce ? Diary Management and liaising with UHNW clients ? Enhancing business processes and implementing best practices? Managing financial reporting, budgets, and operational performance

What We’re Looking For

?? Proven experience in practice management within financial services or wealth management (SJP desirable)?? Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards?? Excellent leadership and team management abilities?? Ability to drive operational improvements and business efficiency?? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
