The predicted salary is between 70000 - 84000 £ per year.

Principal People are currently working on behalf of a well-established and reputable Housing Association who are looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager on an initial 8-12 week period with a possibility of extension. This role is for 3 days per week and to be based in South-West London with hybrid homeworking.

This senior level contract will be to add extra resource for the H&S function and assist the organisation with a number of required duties and goals they are looking to achieve. This includes:

  • Certain investigations
  • Review and update/improvement of specific company health and safety policies, procedures and processes
  • Review of health and safety management systems
  • Review the organisations training requirements and offerings
  • Working with training providers and realigning these

This is to be working as part of a progressive organisation who are looking for a senior level, strong communicator able to communicate effectively at all levels. This opportunity is looking to pay a day rate of £350-400/day.

Key criteria for this requirement:

  • NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent
  • Health and Safety experience within the Social Housing sector or aligned sectors e.g. Care / Property etc.
  • Be happy to work in South-West London Head office 1-2 days per week
  • Be available immediately
  • Be a strong communicator able to effectively communicate at all levels.
