We are looking for driven, commission-based agents to generate leads and close high-value B2B orders in branded merchandise, custom gifting and wholesale sales or production. Expect a high-touch sales cycle (via WhatsApp, email, calls, our website and/or any other platform). You will not only close deals but also coordinate production and delivery to ensure each order is delivered with speed, quality, and great packaging.
You will be selling to a diverse range of B2B clients: from startups and event teams to retailers and consumer brands.
Commission: 10–15% per sale, with 5%+ bonuses for repeat business and consistent performance.
Type: Commission-Based (3-month commitment minimum)
Compensation: Commission only (Earn per closed sale; target $2000- $5000+/ ticket size; per month)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Close bulk merchandise or wholesale orders ($2,000+)
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams post-sale
- Liaise with factories on pricing, production, and samples
- Oversee QC, shipping timelines, and packaging
- Share branding instructions and ensure brand consistency
- Handle invoicing and follow-ups for client satisfaction
- Grow accounts and secure repeat business for bonus commission

Ideal Profile:
