We’re looking for a Technical Lead (non-PM role) to join a large-scale global payroll initiative, leading integration, data migration, and technical coordination—not from a business PM perspective, but as a technical SME.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate technical activities across multiple countries
- Act as the primary tech interface between HR/payroll, vendors, and internal IT
- Perform AS-IS landscape assessments and design target system integrations
- Manage data migration planning, mapping, and system decommissioning
- Collaborate with QA teams on testing and ensure technical compliance
- Drive stakeholder/vendor alignment and manage technical change requests
- Strong background in payroll system transformation (tech-focused)
- Proven experience with data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing
- Solid understanding of HR/payroll tech architecture and compliance standards
- Experience with vendor coordination and working in complex, global environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Familiarity with ITMS documentation standards
- Project management knowledge (Agile/PMP is a plus)
- Experience in GxP or other regulated environments
