We’re Digitrove — a growing digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC, and lead generation for service businesses. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help manage campaign tasks, client updates, reporting, and general marketing support. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants. The ideal for us is part-time (21 hours/week), but we recognise that this may limit the experience level of those applying — so we are open to a full-time hire for the right person.
Why this is an exciting opportunity:
- You’ll be joining at the very start of our growth phase, meaning your input will help shape how we scale.
- If you’re someone who wants to be more than just a cog in a machine, this is a chance to get in early and build a career with a business from the ground up.
- You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activity — and grow with us as we expand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the setup and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Scheduling and posting content across client and internal social accounts
- Helping implement SEO tasks (e.g. metadata, internal linking, keyword research)
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Creating basic reports in Google Sheets/Data Studio
- Managing inboxes, file organisation, and admin tasks
- Keeping internal and client projects moving forward
We’re looking for:
- 1+ year of commercial experience in digital marketing — this could be in-house, freelance, or agency-based, but not purely academic or educational
- Solid written English and strong attention to detail
- Confident using Google Workspace, with experience in Google Ads/Meta Ads a bonus
- Willingness to learn and take initiative across SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Perks:
- Office-based role — we value working together in-person and want someone who enjoys being in a shared space
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time, permanent role (or start that way from the outset)
- Friendly, low-pressure environment — work directly with the founder
- Your work will matter — and your ideas will be heard
- Be part of something from the start — gain valuable experience helping build an agency
