I'm working with a well-known local government organisations based in South West London looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join their team for an immediate start! This is a great opportunity for somebody early in their tech career and looking for an environment to learn and get exposure to important projects.

The Junior IT Engineer will be involved in general IT support, 1st line and 2nd line, building laptops & phones and supporting the Microsoft stack.

Skills required for the Junior IT Engineer are:

– Experience working in a 1st/2nd line IT position

– Great customer service skills, speaking with users over the phone and face to face

– Knowledge of windows & the Microsoft stack

– An expert communicator

1st Line Engineer/ 2nd line
