We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our client’s pest control sales team in the North.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the pest control sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating teams of Sales Representatives to develop customer relations, increase market share, and sales revenue.
  • Exhibiting excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Driving results and maintaining high motivation levels.
  • Creating and implementing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Overseeing recruitment and training of sales staff.
  • Communicating the organisation’s value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor offers, and costs to optimize pricing.
  • Forecasting and setting sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Analyzing market data to inform unit and gross-profit plans.
  • Possessing a full driving license.
