An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join my client's leading Private Client Team. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) + to manage a complex and varied caseload, providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. My client is a Top 100 Legal 500 firm based within the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax matters.
- Handling high-value and complex estates, including international elements.
- Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents.
- Managing probate applications and estate administration.
- Providing succession planning and asset protection advice.
- Collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to ensure comprehensive client service.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including STEP best practices (if applicable).
- Mentoring junior solicitors and assisting in business development initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in estate planning, wills, probate, and trusts.
- Experience in taxation matters affecting estate planning.
