Non-contentious Construction lawyer 4+ years’ PQE LONDON (London)

Commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a non-contentious Construction lawyer with 4 or more years’ PQE.

The team specializes in clean energy projects and handles matters such as:

• BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts
• O&Ms & LTSAs
• Component Warranties
• Clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals
• Technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and district heating (familiarity is advantageous)

Clients include world-renowned battery manufacturers and integrators involved in complex transactions across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of clean energy projects, including drafting documents (bespoke, FIDIC/MF/1 forms) and negotiating relevant forms.

Candidates should have construction and/or project experience, with a background in renewables or a strong interest in transitioning into clean energy workstreams.
