Job Purpose, Tasks And Responsibilities
As our CMO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the group's marketing activities drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This includes providing clarity on customer and competitor landscapes and implementing targeted multi-channel campaigns with mechanisms to monitor and evaluate success. Additionally, you will assess and optimise the structure and capabilities of marketing teams within our business units.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring each Business Unit (BU) has clear competitor analysis (pricing, product, volume).
- Ensuring each BU has clear customer analysis (size of customer wallet, product requirements).
- Analysing market trends relevant to each BU.
- Monitoring the efficiency and performance of each campaign, including channels, leads, and cost of delivery.
- Evaluating the need for strategic partnerships to enhance marketing activities and support their development.
- Overseeing the performance of strategic partners against contractual deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Ensuring optimal organisational design and capability development within each marketing team.
- Optimising supporting technologies for marketing teams.

To be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- Experience in a multi-channel approach to market.
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing, including digital, content, brand, and social media.
- Significant experience in managing strategic partnerships, such as digital marketing agencies.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through increased lead generation.
- Consultative and hands-on approach within a matrix environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
