A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy is seeking an ambitious individual with a Design background to undertake a CDM Principal Design role within their team. You will join a team comprising ex-Architects and Designers, providing Principal Design services to a range of elite clients. The company offers support into the Principal Design role if appropriate and provides an extremely flexible work pattern. Their projects include iconic buildings, all located within the M25.
CDM Consultant Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations
- Lead and/or assist in design meetings
- Carry out site inspections across scenic areas of London
CDM Consultant should possess
- A Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) or 2 years of experience within a Design role (required)
- At least 1 year of experience within CDM or Construction H&S (preferred)
- NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (preferred)
- TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
- APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
