We are working with a successful innovative fashion business who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of both UK and EU markets, along with a well-established network of industry connections. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute mid- and long-term sales strategies, and is responsible for sales, distribution and business development. This role offers hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with Senior Management to develop and execute mid- and long-term sales strategies.
- Drive new business opportunities to meet targets.
- Champion product ranges and oversee seasonal assortments, segmentation, and forecasting, ensuring adherence to the distribution strategy and market demands.
- Monitor account credit statuses and work with Salesforce, Credit Control, and Customer Service.
- Provide accurate monthly turnover forecasts and detailed sales reports, highlighting regional performance, opportunities, and key issues, aligning regularly with the team.
- Enhance the consumer brand experience within key regional accounts, attending key meetings to identify business needs and execute strategic initiatives.
Person Specifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience across fashion.
- Confident, eager and hungry with extensive knowledge of both UK and EU markets.
- Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies, interpret sales data, and make data-driven decisions.
