Teaching Assistant – Level 2 / 3

Where: Wirral (Birkenhead, Bromborough, Neston, and more)

Salary: £90-£100 per day

What You\’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support children with additional needs.
• Deliver tailored learning interventions and support lesson plans.
• Help build confidence, independence, and social skills in pupils.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and colleagues to track progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Learning Support/Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children with SEND is a big plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
• A team player who\’s flexible, proactive, and child-focused.
