Your New Role… Are you passionate about making a difference in the world of social work? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in winning new business and growing existing accounts within the QSW practice area. This is a dynamic sales role where building relationships and delivering exceptional service are key to success. You'll be at the forefront of selling innovative solutions through our rapidly expanding Consultancy+ business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Business Development
    • Grow your client base with a robust sales plan.
    • Attend client meetings to nurture existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
    • Sell Statement of Work (SoW) solutions within the QSW/EP business.
    • Become the go-to expert in your practice area.
  • Consultant Attraction
    • Create engaging job ads that align with client brand guidelines.
    • Design and execute attraction campaigns with the Consultancy+ team.
    • Source top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Client Management
    • Understand client recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
    • Deliver world-class service that exceeds client expectations.
    • Manage data accurately and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • QSW/EP Management
    • Ensure compliance with all legislative and internal quality requirements.
    • Organize registration events for high-volume/niche requirements.
    • Match suitable positions for QSWs quickly and efficiently.

Key Relationships:

  • Clients: Understand their needs and discuss delivery and capacity.
  • Candidates: Build strong relationships to match them with the right roles.
  • Co-Members: Collaborate to ensure successful client fulfilment.
